Whilst this is a great way to shop. (I will be telling you about my fave sites soon!) Buyers should beware of sites that sell cheaper versions of the original. This is not always clear I have had many sad little princesses coming in to me with tales of wolefully inadequate dresses. Its easy to have a good web site, so be careful. By shopping at small dress shops you will get quality of dress as well as quality customer sevrice.

I think its my fav time of year! I love the colours of spring, all those pastels! mmmmm Pastel colours are big this year in fashion and I think this will seep through to prom for next year. So nice to wear these soft colours.
With Easter approaching, the shop is going to be busy with the young things looking for thier perfect prom dress. I just love seeing the smiling faces when they find THE DRESS! I am hoping to be able to spend some time in the kitchen as well this Easter , making cupcakes and decorating the terrace with my new line of handmade bunting. I will be thinking of some new design ideas for the shop and thinking about what to buy for next year. Still to come is the winter season, but lets not think of winter just now. The sun is shining and summer balls are in full swing. The beautiful La Femme and Blush dresses are wonderful for a summers night under the stars, with music playing in the background and the one you love on your arm.

Here are some ideas of the new  ‘shabby chic’ hairstyles, I like to see them as ‘ruffled princess’ looks! its nice to wear your hair up for that special night, but these styles are not too formal or fussy and great for proms. please send us your ideas or pictures of your prom hair do  Love Belle
